Richard has been CEO of Search Recruitment Group since September 2019. He oversees the performance and growth of both Henderson Scott and Search.
Bringing over 20 years of industry experience to the role, Richard embodies the passion and expertise that define both brands. He is dedicated to leading the charge to further expand the Search Recruitment Group. His previous roles include working for PageGroup where he was responsible for shaping and growing Michael Page North America.
Richard lives in his native Yorkshire with his wife and three children. He’s a big Leeds United fan and loves horse racing.
Kristopher Zelesky

With nearly 11 years in search previously at a global recruitment firm, Kristopher Zelesky leads the Henderson Scott US team based in New York City.
Providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients alike is the foundation in which he and everyone else at Henderson Scott US delivers. A trusted partner to a broad spectrum of organizations, he has helped scale and staff many of the United States top law firms so much so that his repeat business ratios are second to none in the industry.
Hailing from MetroWest Boston with a forever love of New England, he has called New York City home since 2013.

With 8 years in search and recruitment at one of the world’s largest recruitment firms, Leor is the Business Director at Henderson Scott US, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and Strategy across a variety of industries.
Leor offers the best level of service across the board by digging into the details with his clients and candidates. He has helped hundreds of individuals find their next jobs across global media and advertising companies, Private Equity and Venture Capital-backed technology startups, large consumer goods companies, and everything in between.
Leor was born and raised across the river in New Jersey but has lived in New York City for the past 7 years. He is (unfortunately, in this 2023 season) a die hard Yankees fan.

With nearly 6 years of experience at a global firm, Jason Segall is the Director of the Technology, Data and Digital recruitment team at Henderson Scott US based in New York City.
Jason takes pride in networking, building and maintaining relationships as well as providing excellent service to both clients and candidates. Jason has built his career on a strong foundation of loyalty, honesty and a genuine passion for what he does. He has helped several global consumer goods firms, media firms and large entertainment organizations scale and staff their technology and data practices.
Jason is a life long New Yorker, die hard Arizona State and Jets fan, and looks forward to helping you grow your business and team.

Miranda has a unique approach in fostering meaningful client and candidate relationships and has established herself as a successful recruitment partner. Her client base includes developers, investors, construction management firms, as well as third-party consultants. She regularly attends industry events to stay informed on the latest trends. Miranda enjoys working with motivated, talented, and dynamic candidates that match her client base.
Miranda was born and raised in North Dakota and moved to New York City after spending 3 years in Dallas, TX.
